With 2016 right around the corner, Filmbankmedia is looking forward to the many exciting film releases that come with it! The following are just a selection due in the early new year:
- The Revenant: In the 1820s, a frontiersman, Hugh Glass (Leonardo Dicaprio), sets out on a path of vengeance against those who left him for dead after a bear mauling. Also stars Tom Hardy.
- Zootropolis: In the animal city of Zootopia, a fast-talking fox who's trying to make it big goes on the run when he's framed for a crime he didn't commit.
- Creed: The former World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) serves as a trainer and mentor to Adonis Johnson, the son of his late friend and former rival Apollo Creed.
- The Angry Birds Movie: Three birds (Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride) investigate the mysterious arrival of pigs to their island paradise.
- Zoolander 2: Derek (Ben Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson) are modelling again when an opposing company attempts to take them out from the business.
