Registration and account information
At our Site, you can order licences to screen movies (“Screening Licences”), enter contests, view movie trailers and other content, or otherwise subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletters. In the course of using our Sites, we may ask you to create an account or register for an application (for example, when purchasing a Screening Licence) by providing us with certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you, as well as to administer your account. The types of personal information that you provide as part of your account may include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card and billing information, information about your interest in and use of various content, products and services and other information you may provide to us.

Payment information
When ordering a Screening Licence, you may be required to submit credit or debit card details. These payment details are processed using Netbanx Limited (“Netbanx”). When a payment is processed by Netbanx, the details of the credit or debit card are collected over a secure link. We receive back from Netbanx and hold securely on our system certain elements of the payment data so that we can verify a payment has been made and by whom, such as the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number, the type of card used and its expiry date, the name of the cardholder and their house number and post code. Netbanx will use the personal information you provide to process your online payment. The Netbanx payment processing service complies with the security requirements set out by the Payment Card Industry. Information about others
Occasionally, we may request that you submit information about other people on our Site. For example, in our library licence application form, we ask that you provide a contact person within your organisation/society. The types of personal information that may be collected about other people as part of this process vary depending on the service and may include name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

By submitting information to us about other people, you confirm that you have obtained permission from each of those people to share their information. If we contact them, we may disclose your identity to them.
Information from other sources. We may, on occasion, combine information we receive online with outside records and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, such as to enhance our ability to market to you products or services that may be of interest to you.

Information collection from mobile devices
If you access our Site on your mobile telephone or other mobile device, we also may collect your unique device identifier and mobile device IP address (e.g. MAC address), as well as information about your device’s operating system, mobile carrier, and mobile Internet browsers, your precise location information, and other information described in this Privacy Policy.

Providing our products and services
