Booking a film and our film catalogue

How do I know which films are available to book?

You can view our film catalogue of over 15,000 titles from classics to the latest releases here.

We represent Hollywood majors, including Warner Bros. Discovery, Sony Pictures, Disney, Universal, Paramount, Lionsgate and many leading independent studios, such as StudioCanal, A24, Modern Films, Pathé, Fremantle, and many more.

How long does it take for my booking to be approved?

We aim to approve bookings within 24 hours. However, any bookings requiring special permission can take up to 10 working days.

Why do some films require special approval?

For reasons related to special rights or distribution agreements, requests to license special permission films need to be reviewed by the studios on a case-by-case basis before they are approved. This is to ensure that the screening events comply with any specific requirements outlined by the agreements. Please note that this process may take up to 10 working days. You can view the full list of special permission films here.

Why can't I find the film I'm looking for?

If you cannot find a film in our catalogue, it may be that it is in moratorium.

From time to time, it may be necessary to withdraw certain films from licensing availability.

These can be on a permanent exclusion basis or temporarily (in moratorium).

I am organising a film screening event for more than 300 people. How can I book a film?

For any film screening events with a capacity of over 300, please contact us.

Bigger events need to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the relevant studio to ensure they align with their guidelines. Please note that approval for larger bookings may take up to 10 working days.

Can I show a film with additional sponsorships attached to the event?

Yes, you can organise sponsorships for your event.

Sponsorships are a great way to raise funds or generate extra revenue for your event. However, it will require studio approval.

Please contact us to let us know the details so we can request approval from the relevant studios.

Can I organise a themed screening event? For example, hiring actors, offering themed food or beverages, inviting the audience to attend in fancy dress, host a live orchestra, or a sing-a-long?

Unfortunately, themed activities directly linked to the film are not permitted.

Our licence does not cover themed immersive experiences centred around a film, such as using characters featured, scene re-enactment, live music performances and any other activities that use elements from the film, logos, artwork or other proprietary material owned or controlled by any of our associated studios.
