Your screening licence cost depends on your venue capacity and whether you’re charging people (a “ticketed” film event) or not (a “non-ticketed” film event).

*Indoor non-ticketed screening events with external advertising will incur an additional £50 excl. VAT.

If you have charged an admission fee, please ensure to submit your Box Office returns by logging in to your Filmbankmedia account.
To pay for your Film Screening Licence, please log in to your account.
You can pay for your film licence by BACS, credit card or cheque.
Yes, though any non-commercial (free to attend) screening or film event at which donations are collected must clearly state in the promotional/advertising material that donating is not compulsory.
Otherwise, the film screening is considered to be commercial.
