Filmbankmedia Blanket Licence Tariffs: Hotels
Bedrooms
This tariff permits the exhibition of films and television programmes licensed by Filmbankmedia within individual hotel bedrooms, pub guest rooms, serviced apartments and similar accommodation.
It covers content accessed via broadcast television, home entertainment formats (such as DVD or Blu-ray), or online sources, provided the content is from studios represented by Filmbankmedia.
The fee is based on the total number of rooms, with no minimum charge applicable.

Public spaces
This tariff applies to the background or ambient screening of audio-visual content licensed from our rightsholders. It covers content accessed via broadcast television, home entertainment formats (such as DVD or Blu-ray), or viewed from the internet within the communal areas of hotels, excluding hotel bedrooms.
“Background’ refers to the use of audio-visual content to create an atmosphere or ambient setting, where the viewing is incidental and not integral to the core activities or primary purpose of the venue, event, or organisation.
Hotel‑operated gyms or fitness rooms are also included.
