Synopsis:
David Ackerman has just been promoted. He’s an L.A. cop gone undercover, a plain-clothes detective who chose the Grand Theft Auto division as a means of advancement. It was a simple, uncomplicated move. Then Ackerman meets his new partner, Nick Pulovski. Pulovski is a man obsessed. He’s a grizzled, short-tempered veteran cop who is intent on avenging the murder of his previous partner. He is impatient, caustic, crude and he smokes cigars. He is also prone to violence. As David Ackerman is about to learn, Nick Pulovski is a rookie’s nightmare.
