Filmbankmedia Blanket Licence Tariffs: Fitness Clubs and Leisure Facilities
This tariff applies to the background or ambient screening of audio-visual content licensed from our rightsholders. It covers content accessed via broadcast television, home-entertainment formats (such as DVD or Blu-ray), or viewed from the internet within standalone gyms, fitness centre, health & sports clubs, or leisure centres.
A gym, workout area, or fitness area operated by a hotel, student accommodation, or any other facility is covered by a separate tariff.
“Background’ refers to the use of audio-visual content to create an atmosphere or ambient setting, where the viewing is incidental and not integral to the core activities or primary purpose of the venue, event, or organisation.
