Legally screen films in schools or higher education establishments

Under UK copyright law, educational institutions wishing to screen a film in an extracurricular setting will generally require a licence from the copyright owner or its representatives. If your establishment does not obtain the required licence, it risks infringing copyright.

The Public Video Screening Licence (PVSL) allows your establishment to legally organise ad hoc film screenings from our participating studios below.
