Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations

The following information outlines the Filmbankmedia Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Cancellations

Filmbankmedia accepts cancellations on STSL screenings prior to your first screening on the following basis:

1. All cancellations need to be made in writing via email info@filmbankmedia.com, or post to STSL Dept, Filmbankmedia, 1st Floor, 67-74 Saffron Hill, London, EC1N 8QX. Alternatively, you can request a cancellation via your Filmbankmedia online account.

2. You may cancel a booking prior to your STSL screening date, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation of booking within 5 working days prior to the screening date and the film has not been despatched, or the invoice has not been raised, you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee (exc. VAT)
• Cancellation of booking within 5 working days prior to the screening date and the film has been despatched or the invoice has been raised then the full licence fee will apply. An invoice will be raised automatically based on the minimum guarantee or flat fee rate fee (as applicable)
• A cancellation fee will not apply to any booking cancelled more than 5 working days prior to your screening.

Please note Filmbankmedia does not accept cancellations on the PVSL, and DVD Concierge Licences.
